Manage Session Notes
You can view your session notes on each individual session or the notes for a specific provider, and as an Administrator you can view all available notes.
Method 1: View Session Notes on a Session
Click on the session in your My Appointments dashboard to open the session overview window.
In the Session Overview, click on the Session Notes tab to view the notes on the session. If there are no notes on the session you can add one by clicking Add session note.
To add the note, fill in the fields and click Save at the bottom of the new note window.
When there are notes on the session, you can click View to expand and see the full notes.
If you need to edit, remove, or download the notes you can click on the menu button (three dots) to expand the options and select them for that set of notes. The Download all session notes button can be used to download all the notes from the session if needed.
Method 2: View Session Notes on a Participant
You can also search for a participant or select them from the participant list to view their information and notes.
Method 3: Administration view Session Notes
Administrators can click on the Administration option in the left side menu and click Session notes to view all session notes.
The session notes can be viewed or new notes can be added by clicking the New Note button.
Then enter the note information and click Create note at the bottom to save it.
To create or edit a Note template, click on the Note templates button.
Click on New template to start a new one.
Then set up the template as needed and click Create template to save it.
You can click Edit on an existing template to make changes to it.
