Viewing Completed Documents

You can view completed documents directly on a session or as an administrator through the Documents selection under Administration.

To view documents on a session, click on the session to open the session by locating and clicking on it in your My Appointments dashboard view to see the session overview.

In the session overview panel, click on Documents to see the documents assigned to the session.

If you are an Administrator, you can view all completed documents by clicking Administration and selecting the Documents option.

Click view to the right of the document you want to view to open the completed document.

To filter the list, you can change the Date Range being pulled from by clicking the Date Range button.

You can also filter by document or user with the Documents and Users dropdowns in the top left.

If you know the session number, you can search by the session number in the search bar.

You can also reorganize the list by the headers, selecting Date, Document Type, Completed by, or Session ID to reorder the list.
