How to Accept or Decline Sessions
If you have sessions pending you will see an indicator on the left side menu next to My Appointments as well as a Requests notice on the dashboard next to the My Appointments header.
To manage the request, click on the Requests heading to change to open the requests view.
From this view you can see the name of the participant and the note they entered for the request as well as how long it has been waiting.
Then you can Accept or Decline the session by clicking Accept request or Decline to the top right.
